A true story about a 70-year-old intern complete with a Hollywood ending.

To show its commitment to fighting ageism, Pfizer invited a retiree into their summer intern class. We documented the 10-week internship through videos, photos, blog posts and other social content. The campaign garnered over 16 million impressions and 4.6 million video views in its first month. The effort was covered by Fast Company, and the senior intern, Paul, became a featured speaker at SXSW. The campaign also earned a Webby nomination.

 

What’s 50 years between friends?

All of us behind the scenes felt very lucky to be able to witness the summer unfold and the friendships form between Paul, Sophie, Connor and Sarah. We were more than a little sad when it ended. Here’s the short doc we created.
